The December 18, 2025 meeting was the annual holiday party/dinner.
The November 20, 2025 meeting featured Joseph Boling, speaking to the
club online via Teams, about "WWII notes to support the Free Thai
anti-Japanese Movement." The talk focused on how to identify the
reprints of certain pre-WWII Thai banknotes made during WWII with
slightly modified printing plates. These reprints are scarce and more
valuable than the original notes.
The October 16, 2025 meeting scheduled program was Braxton Moller,
speaking to us about his adventures in his travels to Europe this
summer, for which the club gave him a stipend.
The September 18, 2025 meeting featured Todd Hughes speaking about
“Agricultural award medals from around the world (primarily Europe).”
The August 21, 2025 meeting reportedly lasted only about 90 minutes
because the intended speaker had another committment.
A private BBQ dinner for club members and guests was held on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
The June 19, 2025 meeting speaker was scheduled to be Greg Bennick, presenting part
of what he will discuss in his ANA Summer Seminar presentations.
However, this talk will be rescheduled because the June
date was too close to the start of the seminar. Todd says, “He is
fast paced and keeps it very fun and interactive.”
The May 15, 2025 meeting featured Christina Prkic, VP Seattle
Regional Executive for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco,
speaking about “Federal Reserve Bank 101.”

The March 20, 2025 meeting featured a program
by Jay DeBoer and Todd Hughes. According to Todd, this was “an
examination on how to find coin valuations and populations on the
internet. This is a very cool subject. If you have ever wondered how
many are graded, how many there might be out there, and how many in each
grade, this will explore that methodology.”
The February 20, 2025 meeting featured a
program by Jay DeBoer on “Digital Coin Photography”
or how to take a picture of a coin in layman’s terms.
The January 16, 2025 meeting featured a
program by Greg Bennick, who is an error collector and member of CONECA.
He spoke about “Error Coins and Collecting Them.”
