In Memoriam - Larry King - Apr. 4, 1944 - Oct. 19, 2020

Larry was a vital part of the TLCC for decades, serving on the board and in other capacities including raffle chairman and coin show setup. The photo at left, taken at the 2004 holiday banquet, shows Larry and his partner Maxine Gruber, who remains an active part of the club.

In Memoriam - Norm Mikat - May 12, 2020

TLCC past president and life member Norm Mikat (photo at right) was instrumental in assembling collections of TLCC, TCC and LCCC related memorabilia, both for the club's own collection and for Norm's personal collection (which has been sold). See the TLCC memorabilia catalog.

The TLCC monthly meetings for April-June 2020 were cancelled, however a "virtual show and tell" is available for each month (see "2020 Meeting Programs" below for links). The club did not meet in July due to summer break, and the August-December 2020 meetings were also cancelled.

The August 11, 2020 club meeting was cancelled, however a "virtual show and tell" is available.

The March 10, 2020 club meeting featured a talk on "ABNC … American Bank Note Company and its history," with examples of its products, by Todd Hughes.

The February 11, 2020 club meeting, at the GLMHC location, featurted a program on "Coin show etiquette" by VP Dave Schmidt; also club semi-annual coin show prep including volunteer signup and postcards available.

The January 14, 2020 club meeting, returning to the GLMHC location, featured an "Elite Quiz" (otherwise known as a "Koin Quiz") given by Dave Schmidt.
